Our Associates

Suarez Corporation Industries currently employs approximately 800 associates in our Corporate and Satellite offices. Our assoicates do everything in-house, from creative writing, to package design, photography, printing, analysis, programming, order entry, lettershopping and product fulfillment.

Our associates feel like part of a family because all departments have to work together closely to accomplish one goal … success. It is the hardworking spirit of our associates that drives the company to be successful.

A majority of our associates have been here many years and can attest to the amount of hard work and strong communication it takes to become and remain successful.

Our associates can participate in the SCI Health and Wellness Program, which was designed “to encourage employees’ personal and professional productivity and physical wellbeing and foster a worksite culture that supports anyone’s desire to make healthy lifestyle choices.”

Associates receive regular newsletters that feature articles on a wide range of health topics, as well as an onsite wellness library. There are organized walking events and other special health-related activities.
