Tempur-Pedic Medical, Inc; a subsidiary of Tempur-Pedic International, Inc; manufactures a premier line of medical products for the health care and wellness industry using the advanced proprietary Tempur-Pedic viscoelastic "open cell" polyurathane technology.

BioTech Medical will focus on the Tempur-pedic Medical product portfolio. BioTech Medical will target the key end user population with cognative and/or physical disabilities, employing field representation to market to medical facilities domestically.
